TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Booking process will be done by UPI/ BANK TRANFER or CASH (full amount) to our representatives.
• Cancellation charges applicable on the total trip/trek cost Traveller will be permitted to travel only after full payment and submission of necessary documents like ID proof and medical certificate (if any)
• No refund will be granted in any condition even if the traveller leaves the trip by their own account or is removed from the trek/trip due to inability to adjust or misbehave with trek leader or to comply with the trip rules.
• There is no reduction or refund based on missed days due to absence, illness or to early withdrawal.
• Participants must follow the rules and regulations of all treks and adventure program and may be rusticated from if he or she does not cooperate with the same.
• PARAMOUNT world is not responsible for any mishap, cancellation of activity or accident due to unforeseen circumstances or natural calamity
• During any emergency or unbound or forced circumstances the call taken by trek leader will be final as far as the remaining trip is concern.
• There are no restrictions over any traveller, but there should not be misbehave happen with any co participant, trek leader or during activity or pre decided schedule. If any misbehave spoiled the environment or itinerary the trek leader may allow taking the final call

Standard Cancellation Policy when trekkers/travelers cancel treks/trip:

• Cancellation 30 days before the starting date of the trek — Get your full trek fee back in a Paramount Treks Trek Voucher OR get a monetary refund with 15% cancellation charges.
• Cancellation between 30 days and 20 days before the starting date of the trek — Get 80% of the trek fee in a Paramount Treks Trek Voucher OR get a monetary refund with 50% cancellation charges.
• Cancellation less than 20 days before the starting date of the trek — No monetary refund, get 50% of your fees in an Paramount Treks Trek Voucher
• Cancellation on the start day of the trek, or no show on the start day of the trek — unfortunately, no refund or voucher.
• These cancellation charges will be applicable only on full payment; not in advance. it is non refundable amount.

COVID-19Assurance Policy*

• Lockdown:

Lock down Situations can be change at any moment. And so that trip booking should be more flexible so that travelers can book it without any hesitance, we get it. So, if you’re prevented from travelling due to a sudden government-enforced lock down; you’ll be eligible for a refund (except transit charges) or travel credit.

• Security:

You will get a full refund or travel credit if you’re diagnosed with COVID-19 within 07 days, and up to 24 hours prior to departure. Just provide us with a positive COVID-19 PCR Test Certificate before your trip departs and we’ll handle the rest.

• Safety assurance:

Most important is safety of yours. Our team gives assurance that in each and every segment of trip o travel we maintain the protocols and guidelines to keep you safe from the unwanted risks. As far as the safety concern we also expect the same cooperation from travelers as well.

• No additional cost:

All new bookings for travel during 2021-22 will automatically fall under our new COVID-19 Assurance Policy – at no additional cost to you. Book now and kick back knowing you’re covered.

• For you and your travel partner: 

The question comes to your mind when we give assurance about Covid policy; But what about my travel buddy? All travellers registered under the same booking reference number can choose to receive a refund or travel credit as well.

General instructions & Guidelines

• Small batch size (5 to 20)
• All the travelers have to undergo safety check measures like checking the temperature with Infrared Thermometers before the trip departure. (Ensure the safety with co traveler)
• Hotels/ campsite/ home stay away from crowded area or hustle.
• Pre checked up and healthy Instructor with Aarogya Setu application.
• As per new normal there will be Mandatory check of oxy pulse through oxy meter for all participants.
• Hygiene and sanitized everything from which traveller will surrounded by.

Accommodation Safety

• Each Accommodation is sanitized properly before the commencement of trip 
• Proper washrooms & sanitation facilities whether its camping or hotel stays.
• Sanitization of the entire room for every trip.
• Accessories like bed sheets will be changed after every trip.
• Room sharing with own group members only.
• Room sharing as per room capacity only no excess members will be allowed

Transportation Precautions

• Vehicle will be chosen as per COVID-19 guidelines
• Pre tested and health checked Driver with Aarogya Setu application and Face mask
• As per new normal temperature and oxy pulse of driver is checked with Infrared Thermometers and through oxy pulse meter which is mandatory.
• Sanitized vehicle before the commencement of trip.
• Transportation vehicle will be smaller than buses. (Tempo traveller or SUV)
• Maintaining the social distancing in vehicle (Per seat one traveller only)
• The safety layer between driver and travelers is maintained to keep them safe.

Guidelines for participants

• Don’t panic much during whole trip. Safety is just new normal of our life.
• As per new normal every traveller has to wear mask, carry sanitizer, hand gloves and maintain the social distancing. Its personal responsibility to carry.
• If any medical problems from which you suffering you have to carry or declare all medical reports & certificates during trip.
• Travellers must carry things like personal hygiene and above-mentioned items because it should not be shared as per current scenario. So make sure you carry all the essential of your own.
• Instructor or guides call will be final for any decisions during the trip.
• Any requirement occurs of immunity boost or dehydration then will it provide by our instructor.
• If any traveller fails to abide by any of the safety measures or guidelines then he/she will not be allowed to continue the journey.
