Standard Cancellation Policy when trekkers/travelers cancel treks/trip:
Lock down Situations can be change at any moment. And so that trip booking should be more flexible so that travelers can book it without any hesitance, we get it. So, if you’re prevented from travelling due to a sudden government-enforced lock down; you’ll be eligible for a refund (except transit charges) or travel credit.
You will get a full refund or travel credit if you’re diagnosed with COVID-19 within 07 days, and up to 24 hours prior to departure. Just provide us with a positive COVID-19 PCR Test Certificate before your trip departs and we’ll handle the rest.
Most important is safety of yours. Our team gives assurance that in each and every segment of trip o travel we maintain the protocols and guidelines to keep you safe from the unwanted risks. As far as the safety concern we also expect the same cooperation from travelers as well.
All new bookings for travel during 2021-22 will automatically fall under our new COVID-19 Assurance Policy – at no additional cost to you. Book now and kick back knowing you’re covered.
The question comes to your mind when we give assurance about Covid policy; But what about my travel buddy? All travellers registered under the same booking reference number can choose to receive a refund or travel credit as well.
